Title: The Paris Agreement: Destined to Succeed or Doomed to Fail?

l D. Conditions relevant to Paris Agreements: configuration of interests, championship, incidents of costs and benefits, technological innovation and public attitudes.

l E. The last answer: there are many obstacles to success, such as late days, vague mechanisms, veto players, however, there are also plausible pathways to success, the climate shock scenario

and the social movement scenario.
